We offer the final solutions of leisure house buyers.
The mobile house MOBIC is built on the metal chassis (with wheels) and consist from two halves (3x12 meters both),
which will be connected in the consumers place. The size is calculated from traditional size 6x12 meters (20' x 40').

Ordering time ca 8-12 weeks.

General information.
The walls are mounted from prefabricated modules, roof constructions are from roof trusses.
Roof covering, insulation, doors – windows and finishing are done in factory.
The terrace is included in standard. Kitchen furniture from laminated boards is also included in standard.

Outside walls:
Timber frames, vertical carcass step 600 mm. Glass wool or rock wool (depends from customers choices) insulation is 100 mm.
Both sides from insulation is OSB-plates, to insure the strength of module during transportation.

Inside walls:
Timber frames (minimum 50 mm), filled with glass wool for acoustic isolation. Covered both sides with OSB-plates. Finishing by customers choices.
Possible inside finishing for walls are: Seinex wallpaper with paint or Isotex plates (both variants are in basic price).
In wet rooms is up to 1400 mm covered with moisture resistant panels.

Ceilings:
Timber frames 150 x 50 mm, carcass step 400 mm. Insulation with glass wool 150 mm, both sides OSB-plates. Finishing with Isotex plates or painted.

Roof covering:
Standard – bitumen shingles, optional possible Metrotile or other sheets covering.

Floors:
Metal chassis on the wheels. On the chassis the timber carcass 100 x 50 mm, which covered both sides with OSB-plates.
Insulation glass wool or rock wool (depends from customers choices) insulation is 100 mm. As extra is possible to install the floor heating
(electrical or water-heating). Carpets in living rooms is in standard. Kitchen and wet rooms – PVC-flooring, technical rooms – painted OSB-plates.

Windows:
Plastic-, wooden- or wooden-aluminum windows with double glasses by customers choice.
In standard price – wooden windows, which opening to the outside.

Doors:
In standard price – main entrance is timber door with selective glasses, inside doors are solid pine doors.

Outside finishing:
Standard – horizontal timber boarding.

Heating:
Floor-, radiator- air heating by customers choice. Standard price includes electrical heating with radiators.
Boiler, stove, chimney by customers request (not included in standard price).

Water, canalization:
In standard price are all inside the house sanitary engineering equipment, fittings and communications.

Electrical system:
In standard price are all inside the house electrical installations and main electrical switchboard.
